Sodium rhodizonate with CAS 523-21-7
Sodium rhodizonate has a CAS number of 523-21-7, a melting point of 300℃, a boiling point of 346.7℃ (760mmHg), and a flash point of 177.7℃. Sodium rhodizonate dissolves in water to form an orange color, is slightly soluble in sodium bicarbonate solution, and insoluble in alcohol. The solution is unstable and must be freshly prepared before use. Rhodizonic acid disodium salt should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from sources of ignition and heat, and protected from direct sunlight. The packaging should be sealed and rhodizonic acid disodium salt should be stored separately from acids and edible chemicals. Mixing storage is strictly prohibited.
