Unilong supports manufacturers, formulators and distributors purchasing chemicals for commercial production and repeat supply. Alongside material supply, we coordinate manufacturing-site communication, product documents, samples, inspection and export arrangements. Our team provides a point of contact across product evaluation, order preparation, shipment and follow-up.
1. Factory Visits & Audit Coordination
We help coordinate supplier questionnaires, factory visits and third-party audit requests with the relevant manufacturing site. Buyers can discuss a site visit or an assessment by their appointed audit provider as part of supplier qualification.
Access to production areas, the information available for review, audit scope and timing are arranged with the manufacturer and the buyer. Our role is to support communication and practical coordination between the parties.
2. Product Specifications & Documentation
We coordinate product specifications and available TDS, SDS and batch COA documents for the selected material and grade. Technical questions are directed to the relevant supplying or manufacturing team.
Document support covers the product under consideration and the supplied batch where applicable. Product-specific declarations or certificates are provided where available for the relevant grade, company and scope.
3. Samples for Production Evaluation
Samples are available to support evaluation ahead of commercial chemical supply. The selected grade, sample quantity and packaging are arranged around the material and the buyer’s production requirements, with available product documents for review.
Following evaluation, we coordinate the grade, specification and packaging requirements for the commercial order. Sample supply supports manufacturers, formulators and distributors preparing for production or repeat purchasing.
4. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Sample Approval
Third-party inspection can be coordinated before dispatch by arrangement. Our team works with the supplying site and the appointed inspection provider on access, timing and the agreed inspection scope.
For orders requiring pre-shipment sample approval, the shipment remains on hold pending the buyer’s approval under the agreed release arrangements. Inspection and approval requirements are included in the order coordination before dispatch.
5. Packaging & Export Coordination
We coordinate export packaging, shipping marks and shipment documents for commercial orders. Packing arrangements reflect the material, pack size and handling requirements. Packaging and loading photos can be included in the agreed shipment records.
Our team coordinates commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents with the supplying and logistics parties. Transport arrangements take account of the material’s shipping classification, shipment quantity and destination.
6. Order Follow-Up & Supply Support
We follow up on order progress, shipment documents and delivery communication. For repeat purchasing, our team coordinates the agreed grade, packaging and order schedule with the supplying parties.
Product, quantity or delivery concerns are reviewed against the relevant order, batch and shipment records. We coordinate manufacturer and logistics follow-up to address the reported issue and keep the buyer informed of progress.

A. Sample we can offer before you place bulk order.
B. Normally, we can send the sample out within 2~3days once we confirmed. You can receive it within 1 week.

B. You also can place one small order like one/few drums as one trail order. Then you can place bulk order after your testing. We have confidence about our quality.

B. In Case of PSS we will hold the cargo until approval from customer side.
C. We have clear and detailed quality clause in contract with manufacturer, if any discrepancy of quality/quantity, they will take responsibility.
We have strict training process about SOP of Packing and Shipping. Detailed SOP profile is available for different mode like Safe Cargo and Dangerous Cargo by Sea, Air, Van or even Express Shipment.

1. Can I request a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples can be arranged for evaluation ahead of commercial supply. The quantity, packaging and availability depend on the selected product and grade.
2. Can you coordinate third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. Inspection can be arranged with the supplying site and the appointed provider. Scope and scheduling are agreed before dispatch.
3. Are MOQ and delivery times the same for all products?
No. MOQ and delivery schedules depend on the product, grade, packaging and order quantity. Product-specific arrangements apply to each commercial order.
