Polyaluminium Chloride CAS 114442-10-3
Polyaluminium Chloride, with CAS number 114442-10-3, has a fast hydrolysis rate and strong adsorption capacity. It can quickly form dense flocs, and its sedimentation speed is much faster than that of traditional agents such as aluminum sulfate. It is 15% - 30% cheaper than aluminium sulfate, and requires less alkalinity. Therefore, less or no alkali agent can be added. The corrosion of the equipment and pipelines is lower than that of traditional aluminum salts, and the operation is safer. The spray-dried PAC has high stability and is more convenient for storage and transportation.

1. Drinking water treatment
River water, well water, and purified water from water treatment plants undergo processes such as sedimentation to remove impurities, algae, heavy metals, and color, resulting in water that meets the standards for domestic use.
2. Municipal domestic sewage
Flocs are formed to settle suspended solids, and COD is reduced, phosphorus and nitrogen are removed, and the sewage is discharged in compliance with standards.
3. Industrial wastewater treatment
Dyeing wastewater is de-colored, papermaking wastewater is purified, electroplating wastewater is de-heavy metal, chemical, slaughterhouse, and aquaculture wastewater is flocculated and settled.
4. Industrial production additives
Polyaluminium Chloride (CAS 114442-10-3) is used for papermaking retention and filtration aids, coal mine washing and sedimentation aids, oilfield wastewater re-injection purification, and mineral processing tailings water treatment.
5. Other applications
Polyaluminium Chloride is used for swimming pool water circulation purification, sludge dewatering, industrial circulating water scale inhibition and water purification, and leather tanning auxiliary materials.
