Oil 50-60%, commonly used oils are isoparaffin solvent oil, hydrogenated polyisobutylene, triglyceride, isopropyl myristate, ethyl oleate, ethylhexyl palmitate, etc. The oil in the formula can dissolve the oil-soluble organic raw materials in the residual makeup products, and has a good moisturizing and nutritious effect to avoid dry skin after makeup removal.
Surfactant 5-15%, commonly used surfactants are anionic and nonionic surfactants, such as polyglycerol oleate, polyglycerol stearate, polyglycerol laurate, PEG-20 glycerin Triisostearate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Sodium Glutamate Stearate, Sodium Cocoyl Taurine, Tween, Span, etc. Surfactants can emulsify the oil-soluble organic raw materials and inorganic powder raw materials in residual color cosmetic products well. It also acts as an emulsifier for oils and fats in makeup removers.
Polyol 10-20%, commonly used polyols are sorbitol, polypropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, ethylene glycol, glycerin, etc. Formulated as a humectant.
Thickener 0.5-1%, commonly used thickeners are carbomer , acrylic acid (ester)/C1030 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, acrylic acid hydroxyl Ethyl ester/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer, sodium acrylic acid (ester) copolymer and sodium polyacrylate.
Production Process:
Step 1: heating and stirring water, water-soluble surfactant and polyol humectant to obtain a water phase;
Step 2: Mix the oily emulsifier with the oil to form an oily phase;
Step 3: Add the oil phase to the water phase to homogeneously emulsify and adjust the pH value.
