    Application

    1. Industrial field

Coatings and inks: As a drying accelerator (such as naphthenate composite systems of metals like cobalt, manganese, and lead), it accelerates the oxidation and polymerization reaction of resins in paints, shortens the drying time, and enhances the hardness and gloss of the coating. It can also be used as a dispersant to improve the dispersibility of pigments in solvents and prevent sedimentation.
Rubber processing: Used as an activator for rubber vulcanization accelerators, it enhances the vulcanization effect and improves the elasticity and aging resistance of rubber products. It can also be used as a softener to adjust the processing fluidity of rubber.
Metal processing: It serves as an emulsifier and rust inhibitor in cutting fluids and grinding fluids, forming a stable emulsification system to reduce metal surface wear and prevent rust.
Fuel additives: Added to diesel and heavy oil, they improve the combustion performance of the fuel, reduce the formation of carbon deposits, and also have certain anti-emulsification and anti-rust effects.

    2. Agriculture and Forestry
Pesticide emulsifier: As an emulsifier for pesticides (such as organophosphorus and pyrethroids), it helps the active ingredients of pesticides to be evenly dispersed in water, enhancing the efficacy and uniformity of spraying.
Wood preservatives: Penetrate into the interior of wood, inhibit the growth of fungi and microorganisms, and extend the service life of wood. They are often used for the anti-corrosion treatment of outdoor wood and wooden building materials.

    3. Petroleum industry
Drilling fluid additives: They serve as emulsifiers and lubricants in oil drilling, stabilizing the drilling fluid system, reducing frictional resistance during the drilling process, and enhancing drilling efficiency.
Oil processing: It is used in the process of crude oil dehydration and desalination to disrupt the stability of oil-water emulsions and promote the separation of water and salt.
