Light Stablizer 783 HALS-783
Light Stabilizer 783 is also known as HALS-783. It is a 50% blend of HALS 944 and 50% of HALS 622. It is widely used in agricultural films, geotextiles, drip irrigation tapes, woven bags, outdoor injection molded thick parts, outdoor non-woven fabrics, and rotational molding products.

1. In the agricultural field
LDPE / LLDPE greenhouse plastic films, silage films, ground films; delay film powdering and damage, extend the service life of greenhouse films
PE drip irrigation belts, irrigation hoses, resistant to rain soaking, resistant to water extraction, suitable for long-term outdoor use without cracking
2. Geotechnical & packaging woven products
Geotechnical membranes, anti-seepage membranes, geotextile waterproof sheets
PP flat wires, woven bags, container bags (ton bags), outdoor woven nets, prevent flat wires from aging and breaking
3. Outdoor plastic injection molding / roll molding thick products

PP outdoor non-woven fabrics, geotextiles, outdoor fibers, prevent aging and broken fibers from sunlight exposure
5. Other substrate applications
ABS, PA polyamide, PU polyurethane, EVA etc. engineering plastics and elastomers, outdoor components have anti-aging properties; some grades support indirect food contact and can be used for outdoor plastic components in food contact category
Recommended addition amount: 0.1 - 1.0%, adjusted according to the thickness of the product and the outdoor service life
