Used for 5G/6G base station antenna boards, millimeter-wave radar boards, high-speed server PCBs, replacing traditional epoxy / bisphenol A type acrylate, significantly reducing signal loss and enhancing transmission rate.
Representative: High-frequency PTFE composite board, hydrocarbon resin copper-clad board.
2. Electronic packaging and substrates
Chip packaging substrate, IC carrier board, high-frequency connector, insulating spacer, suitable for high-temperature welding (such as lead-free solder) and long-term humid heat conditions.
