    What is Vanadium(Iv) Oxide Cas 12036-21-4?

    2.Photoinduced VO2 phase transition is fast and convenient, which is beneficial for studying the phase transition dynamics process. The related device applications include optical storage, all optical switches, photodetectors, phototransistors, etc;
    3.The electric field induced VO2 phase change device has a simple structure and broad application prospects. It can be used as electrical switch, field effect transistor, electronic oscillator, memristor, RF switch, electro-optic modulator, etc;
