1. Expanding fireproof coating (application): Fireproof coatings for steel structures, cables, tunnels, and wood; composed of pentaerythritol, melamine and P-N-C expanding flame-retardant system, which forms a dense carbon layer for heat insulation and oxygen isolation at high temperatures.
2. Halogen-free plastic/rubber flame retardant: PP, PE, EVA, epoxy resin, polyurethane, styrene-butadiene rubber. Ammonium polyphosphate is used for electronic and electrical enclosures, automotive parts, and cable sheaths.
3. Fireproof impregnation treatment for wood, fiberboard, paper, and fabrics.
4. Raw material for dry powder fire extinguishing agent.
5. Low-molecular-weight water-soluble APP: Liquid fertilizer, chelating agent, agricultural nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers.
1. High flame retardancy, moderate addition amount, when heated at high temperature, it expands to form a thick carbon layer, which isolates heat and oxygen and inhibits molten droplets.
2. High thermal stability, high decomposition temperature, suitable for plastic extrusion and injection molding high-temperature processing techniques, and does not decompose prematurely during processing.
3. Good compatibility, compatible with most resins and fillers, stable when compounded, with little negative impact on the mechanical properties of the substrate.
4. Optional modified coating, surface with melamine/silicon coated APP, significantly reduces moisture absorption, resistant to water and precipitation, suitable for products in high-humidity environments.
