Swine: Prevention and treatment of swine enzootic pneumonia (swine mycoplasmal pneumonia), swine dysentery (swine bloody dysentery), swine infectious pleuropneumonia (APP), and bacterial enteritis.

Poultry: Prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD, caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum), infectious sinusitis, staphylococcal infection, and spirochetal infection in chickens.

Other animals: Tylosin tartrate can also be used for mycoplasma infections in cattle and sheep.
