    Sodium Dimethyldithiocarbamate, with CAS number 128-04-1, belongs to the class of disulfiram salts. It has strong bactericidal and fungicidal properties, and can inhibit bacteria, fungi, and algae. Store in a cool, dry place, sealed, and separately from acids, strong oxidants, and food.

    Application

    1.Sodium Dimethyldithiocarbamate used as an antimicrobial/fungicidal agent in paints, water treatment;

    2.Sodium Dimethyldithiocarbamate used in the rubber industry as a vulcanization accelerator for making synthetic and natural rubbers (i.e., butadiene rubber, latex).

    3.Sodium Dimethyldithiocarbamate used as a fungicide on melons (tolerance set as 25 ppm).

    4.Used as an indirect food additive for use only as a component of adhesives.
