Lithium 12-Hydroxystearate Core Application (Industrial Grade)
1) Grease Thickener (Main)
The core raw material for manufacturing high-performance lithium-based grease (accounting for approximately 30–50% of the cost of lithium grease).
Enables grease to have: high-temperature resistance (≈180 ℃ for long-term use), shear resistance, water resistance, and good mechanical stability.
Applications: automotive hub bearings, chassis, motors, gearboxes, wind turbine bearings, and high-temperature parts of construction machinery.
2) Plastic/Rubber Additives
PVC Heat Stabilizer: Absorbs HCl, inhibits degradation, and improves heat resistance and weather resistance.
Thickening/Flow Rate Regulator: Used in coatings, sealants, and rubber mold release agents, improving thixotropy and anti-settling properties.
3) Cosmetics and Medicine
Emulsifier/Cream Thickener/Stabilizer for cosmetics, creams, hair care products.
Base and emulsifier for medicinal ointments and suppositories.
