Chlorophyllin sodium copper salt (CAS 11006-34-1, E141) is water-soluble semi-synthetic natural green pigment derived from plant chlorophyll. It has superior light & heat stability compared with native chlorophyll. Chlorophyllin can be used as colorant and functional ingredient in food, pharmaceuticals, oral care and cosmetics, with antioxidant, deodorant and mucosal repair properties.
