4,4′-Oxydianiline with CAS 101-80-4
4,4-diaminodiphenyl Ether (4'-ODA) CAS 101-80-4,4,4' -oxydianiline is an important aromatic diamine organic compound. Due to the presence of two amino groups (-NH₂) and one ether bond (-O-) in its molecule, 4,4'-DPE has excellent reactivity and heat resistance and is a key monomer for synthesizing high-performance polymer materials.
As a special engineering material, polyimide has the advantages of high temperature resistance, radiation resistance and high mechanical strength. Diaminodiphenyl ether is used in films, coatings, fibers, aerospace, electronic and electrical industries, foamed plastics and photoresists. 4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl ether is one of the main raw materials. At the same time, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether can also be used to produce cross-linking agent, and is widely used to replace carcinogenic benzidine to produce azo dyes and reactive dyes. Therefore, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether is an intermediate with high added value.

1. 4'-ODA is one of the important raw materials for new special engineering plastics such as polyimide, polyetherimide, polyesterimide, polymaleimide, polyaramid and other high temperature resistant resins;
2. 4'-ODA is also synthesized. The raw material of 3,3',4,4'-tetraaminodiphenyl ether, which is the main monomer for preparing a series of aromatic heterocyclic heat-resistant polymer materials.
3. 4,4'-DPE is also used as raw material and cross-linking agent for high-performance heat-resistant epoxy resin, polyurethane and other synthetic polymers.
4. 4,4'-DPE is also used to replace carcinogenic benzidine in the production of azo dyes, reactive dyes and fragrances. At present, using diaminodiphenyl ether as raw material, direct dyes of different color levels such as bright red, brilliant red, sand red, yellow-brown, green, gray, blue, brilliant orange and black have been developed, which can be used for silk, wool, cotton, The dyeing of hemp and other fabrics is superior to benzidine dyes in terms of color fastness and exhaustion rate.
