    Aziridine crosslinking agent SaC-100 is a special type of compound that readily reacts with carboxylic acid groups to undergo crosslinking. Trimethylolpropane tris(2-methyl-1-aziridinepropionate) is used as a crosslinking agent, adhesion promoter and modifier. Polyaziridine is generally used as a crosslinking agent for acrylate emulsions and polyurethane emulsions, and can also be used in non-aqueous resins. Trimethylolpropane tris(2-methyl-1-aziridinepropionate) can significantly enhance the final performance of adhesives, coatings and printing inks, etc., improving the strength, flexibility, solvent resistance, water resistance, hardness and adhesion to the substrate of the coating film.

    Application

    Improve the water resistance, washability, chemical resistance and high-temperature resistance of leather coatings;
    Improve the water resistance, anti-sticking property and high-temperature resistance of water-based printing coatings;
    Improve the water resistance and detergent resistance of water-based inks;
    In water-based parquet flooring paint, its water resistance, alcohol resistance, detergent resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance can be improved.
    In water-based industrial paints, trimethylolpropane tris(2-methyl-1-aziridinepropionate) can enhance their water resistance, alcohol resistance and anti-sticking properties.
    In vinyl coatings, the migration of plasticizers can be reduced and the stain resistance can be improved.
    Improve the wear resistance of water-based cement sealant; Trimethylolpropane tris(2-methyl-1-aziridinepropionate) can generally enhance the adhesion of water-based systems on non-porous substrates.
