Dibutyltin Maleat (DBTM) is a white powder product and a heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride. DBTM has excellent heat resistance and transparency, no vulcanization pollution, and particularly good long-term heat resistance, which can prevent the products from turning yellow during high-temperature processing.

Dibutyltin maleate, as a heat stabilizer for PVC, features excellent heat resistance and transparency, no vulcanization pollution, and particularly good long-term heat resistance. Dibutyltin Maleat (DBTM) can prevent products from turning yellow during high-temperature processing and is especially suitable for hard and transparent products. The general dosage is 0.5%-2%. When used in combination with barium soap or cadmium soap, dibutyltin maleate has a synergistic effect and can enhance the stability. When used in combination with dibutyltin laurate, dibutyltin maleate can improve the transparency and heat resistance of the products. When used in combination with epoxides, it can reduce its tear-inducing property.
