1. Widely used in oilfield auxiliaries, sewage treatment, printing and dyeing, paper making, daily chemical industry, pharmacy, textile, leather and other industries.
2. DADMAC monomer used in water treatment, paper industry, printing and dyeing industry, resin synthesis, etc
3. The compounds that can be made under various PH conditions have excellent salt resistance and alkali resistance; Diallyldimethylammonium Chloride used for polymerization of free radical initiators (such as peroxides and azo compounds); Cationic monomer can be homopolymerized or copolymerized with other vinyl monomers to introduce quaternary ammonium group into the polymer, so it has strong polarity and affinity for anionic substances.
1. Highly active polymer groups: The Diallyldimethylammonium chloride molecule contains two allyl double bonds (-CH=CH₂), which has strong free radical polymerization activity and can rapidly achieve homopolymerization (generating PDADMAC) or copolymerization with monomers such as acrylamide and acrylic acid. The polymerization conditions are mild (reaction can occur at normal temperature and pressure). It does not require complex processes and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
2. Strong cation charge density: The quaternary ammonium salt group (-n ⁺(CH₃)₂-) carries a permanent positive charge and has a high charge density (much higher than that of ordinary cationic monomers). Diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride has an extremely strong adsorption and neutralization ability with anionic substances (such as suspended particles in wastewater, pulp fibers, and negative charge sites on the surface of oil reservoir rocks). It has a high efficiency.
3. Excellent chemical stability: DADMAC monomer is not prone to decomposition when stored at room temperature, has a wide range of acid and alkali resistance (stable within pH 2-11), is not easily oxidized or reduced, and has good compatibility with other chemical additives (such as flocculants and oil displacement agent compound components) without any adverse reactions.
4. Extremely strong water solubility: CAS 7398-69-8 DADMAC can be miscible with water in any proportion. The aqueous solution has high transparency, no precipitation or stratification, and is convenient for subsequent dilution, addition or polymerization reactions without the need to add additional organic solvents (reducing environmental pressure and costs).
