    UV Monomer 4-Acryloylmorpholine (CAS 5117-12-4) is an important organic compound, abbreviated as ACMO. 4-Acryloylmorpholine. 4-Acryloylmorpholine contains unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds and has high reactivity, capable of undergoing free radical polymerization reactions. ACMO CAS 5117-12-4 can copolymerize with a variety of monomers to form high-molecular polymers with different structures and properties. Under the action of appropriate initiators, N-acryloylomorpholine can self-polymerize to form polyacrylloylomorpholine, and it can also copolymerize with monomers such as acrylic acid and styrene.

    4-Acryloylmorpholine is an excellent additive and modifier for synthetic resins, used as a reactive diluent for UV cured resins and an effective modifier for acrylic resins and gelatin. 4-Acryloylmorpholine is also a UV curable ink, coating, and adhesive.

    In the field of UV curing: 4-Acryloylmorpholine is often used in UV adhesives, UV inks, UV coatings, etc. 4-Acryloylmorpholine features low odor, low viscosity and fast curing speed. UV Monomer 4-Acryloylmorpholine shows good compatibility and dispersibility in UV inkjet inks and 3D printing materials. ACMO CAS 5117-12-4 is used in UV screen printing inks and has excellent compatibility, high dispersibility and high curing speed in the presence of pigments.

    In the field of electronic materials: 4-Acryloylmorpholine, as an application adhesive in electronic materials, exhibits adhesion to various materials and demonstrates excellent optical properties.
