    Application

    1. Polymer materials field: Functional additives

    In the processing of polymer materials such as polyurethane, nylon, and epoxy resin, it undertakes the functions of "chain extension" or "curing" to enhance the performance of the materials.

    Polyurethane/Nylon synthesis: As a chain extender (chain extender), it reacts with polyether polyols, diisocyanates, etc., to extend the length of the polymer chain, increase the mechanical strength (such as tensile strength, wear resistance) and thermal stability of the material, and is suitable for the production of high-performance polyurethane elastomers and nylon 66 modified materials.

    Epoxy resin curing: As a curing agent, it undergoes cross-linking reactions with epoxy resin, forming a three-dimensional network structure. This not only shortens the curing time but also enhances the adhesion and chemical corrosion resistance of the cured epoxy resin. It is commonly used in fields such as electronic packaging materials and adhesives.

    2. Due to its chemical stability and the characteristics of its effects on metals and materials, it is also used in two types of auxiliary scenarios:

    Metal corrosion inhibitors: Added to industrial coolants and rust inhibitors, they form an adsorption film on the metal surface to inhibit the corrosion of metals such as steel and copper in damp or acidic environments, protecting equipment or components.

    Analytical and research reagents: As standard reagents in chemical analysis, they are used to calibrate instruments (such as high-performance liquid chromatography) or verify reaction systems, and are also used in the research of synthesizing new amine-containing compounds in the laboratory.
